soulcotherapy

group therapy for nervous system regulation

A structured, skills-based approach to understanding your nervous system and building greater steadiness, emotional capacity, and resilience.

The Steady Protocol is a 4-week online group designed for adults experiencing chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, or long-standing survival patterns shaped by trauma and nervous system dysregulation.

‍ ‍what makes this group different?

Many therapy groups focus heavily on emotional processing and personal disclosure.

The Steady Protocol is different.

This group is intentionally designed to prioritize:

• nervous system regulation

• stabilization

• emotional capacity

• practical skill-building

• psychoeducation

• embodied learning

Rather than diving immediately into intense emotional processing, the focus is on helping participants better understand their nervous system and develop tools that feel supportive and sustainable in everyday life.

The group is structured, gently paced, and designed with sensitive nervous systems in mind.

You do not need to share deeply personal details in order to benefit from the experience.

This group may feel supportive for individuals experiencing:

• chronic stress or burnout

• anxiety and overwhelm

• emotional reactivity

• freeze or shutdown responses

• difficulty resting or slowing down

• chronic self-pressure

• nervous system dysregulation

• developmental trauma (C-PTSD)

• emotional exhaustion

• disconnection from the body

• difficulty understanding emotional states

Many participants intellectually understand their patterns, but struggle to shift them consistently in real life.

This group focuses on building practical nervous system awareness and embodied tools that can gradually support more steadiness, flexibility, and self-trust over time.

Sometimes it begins with helping the nervous system experience enough steadiness and safety to finally soften out of survival mode.
