‍ ‍what virtual therapy can support

Virtual therapy may support individuals navigating:

• developmental trauma & attachment wounds

• emotionally immature parents

• anxiety and chronic overwhelm

• people-pleasing and perfectionism

• emotional shutdown or dissociation

• burnout and chronic stress

• identity confusion and self-esteem

• relationship patterns and boundaries

• chronic illness and sensitive nervous systems

• ADHD / AuDHD support

• spirituality, meaning-making, and life transitions

Many of the people I work with are insightful, capable, and deeply self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift alone.

Often these patterns developed in environments where emotional safety, attunement, consistency, or secure attachment were missing. Over time, the nervous system adapts around survival.

Therapy can become a space to gradually build new experiences of safety, connection, emotional capacity, and self-trust.

‍ ‍what sessions are like

Sessions are collaborative, relational, and paced to match your nervous system’s capacity.

Rather than following a rigid structure or pushing for emotional intensity, we pay attention to what is naturally emerging in the moment emotionally, cognitively, relationally, and physically.

My style is engaged, attuned, conversational, and curious. I may reflect patterns I notice, bring attention to nervous system responses, or help you slow down and connect more deeply with your internal experience.

At times we may explore:

• relational dynamics

attachment patterns

emotional states

nervous system responses

body sensations

protective adaptations

identity and self-concept

boundaries and self-trust

Many clients describe the work as feeling grounding, clarifying, and deeply human, especially when they have spent years intellectualizing their experiences or navigating relationships where they did not feel fully seen.

approaches & frameworks

My work is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, which explores how relationships, attachment, and nervous system experiences shape emotional patterns and identity over time.

I also draw from:

• Somatic Experiencing®

• attachment theory

• polyvagal theory

• Internal Family Systems

• AEDP

• relational psychotherapy

• depth-oriented approaches

These frameworks help us understand not only what you are feeling, but why those patterns developed in the first place.

The goal is not to force insight or catharsis, but to support the nervous system in experiencing enough safety and connection that new patterns become possible.

session options

50-Minute Virtual Sessions

Best suited for ongoing therapy, emotional processing, nervous system support, and relational work.

75-Minute Extended Sessions

Longer sessions provide additional space for somatic processing, nervous system work, attachment-focused exploration, and deeper integration.

These sessions may feel supportive for individuals who benefit from slower pacing or more experiential work.

optional integrative supports

For clients who are interested, therapy may also incorporate:

• psychedelic preparation and integration

astrology-informed therapy

archetypal and meaning-making frameworks

These approaches are always collaborative and grounded within psychotherapy and nervous system awareness.

healing often happens through experiencing relationships differently than we did in the past.

Therapy can become a space where you no longer need to over-perform, over-explain, or navigate everything alone.
