♕
A spiritual alchemist is someone who uses ancient spiritual practices, wisdom, and transformative inner work to transmute personal challenges, emotional wounds, or limiting beliefs into higher states of consciousness and greater spiritual awareness. Just as alchemy sought to turn base metals into gold, a spiritual alchemist seeks to transform the "lead" of negative patterns, fears, or struggles into the "gold" of spiritual growth, healing, and enlightenment. This process involves self-discovery, inner healing, mindfulness, and often, deep connection with the universe or a higher power.
In essence, a spiritual alchemist embraces the journey of personal transformation, aiming to create a harmonious balance between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life.

Some of the magical people
I work with:
Starseeds + Lightworkers
Souls who feel a deep connection to the universe or spiritual mission, exploring awakening, purpose, and healing as they serve others.
Black Sheep + Cycle Breakers
People who feel different or are consciously breaking generational patterns, working to heal family dynamics
and create new paths for future generations.
Artists + Creative Entreprenuers
Individuals who are building or navigating a creative career, seeking support with self-expression, inspiration, and overcoming creative blocks.

“I will not rescue you,
for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
for you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness
as you remember your light.”
My therapeutic approach is:
-
Anti-oppressive
I recognize that systems of oppression, including racism, colonialism, and other forms of discrimination, profoundly shape our identities, experiences, and mental health. In our sessions, I will support you in exploring how these societal influences have impacted you and your sense of self. Together, we’ll work to challenge and reframe limiting narratives, creating space for you to reconnect with your authentic identity, culture, and sense of power. My goal is to help you heal in a way that honours your lived experiences and fosters liberation from oppressive structures.
-
Holistic
A holistic approach to therapy sees you as a whole person, integrating mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. Rather than just addressing symptoms, it explores the interconnectedness of your thoughts, emotions, physical health, and spiritual well-being. This approach recognizes that true healing involves nurturing all aspects of your being for long-term wellness.
-
Salutogenic
Focused on promoting health and well-being, the salutogenic approach centers on the factors that support and sustain mental and emotional resilience, rather than just treating illness or pathology. It emphasizes your strengths, coping mechanisms, and resources, helping you build a sense of coherence and empowerment as you navigate life’s challenges and grow toward optimal well-being.
-
Person-centered
Person-centered therapy places you at the heart of the therapeutic process, emphasizing your autonomy, experiences, and unique perspective. In this approach, the therapist provides a supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where you are encouraged to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

the soul’s only desire is to express itself freely and without fear.
We are all alchemists, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
In the quest for personal growth and soul alignment, magic is not something we chase—it’s something we awaken within ourselves.
Together, we’ll uncover your inner power, shift old patterns, and transmute challenges into opportunities for growth.
this is the work of the soul—
your magic, your transformation.
