My work integrates relational psychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and Somatic Experiencing® to support deeper safety, self-trust, emotional regulation, and lasting change.

Whether you are navigating developmental trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity confusion, chronic stress, or a sensitive nervous system, therapy becomes a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build new patterns that feel more sustainable and aligned.

You do not need to arrive with a clear plan for therapy.

Many of the people I work with are insightful, self-aware, and deeply capable, yet still feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift alone.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviours, we also pay attention to the nervous system, the body, and the relational patterns that shape how you experience yourself and others.

This work is collaborative, process-oriented, and paced to match your capacity. The goal is not to fix you, but to help your nervous system experience enough safety and connection that change becomes possible.

Virtual Therapy

Relational somatic psychotherapy for developmental trauma, identity work, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, anxiety, chronic stress, and nervous system healing.

Sessions integrate relational therapy, somatic approaches, attachment theory, and nervous system awareness to support deeper safety, self-trust, and lasting change.

Available virtually across Canada* (*excluding residents of Nova Scotia and P.E.I. due to licensing restrictions)

In-Person Therapy

In-person offerings integrate relational psychotherapy with nervous system-oriented and experiential approaches such as breathwork, somatic movement, and walk-and-talk therapy.

Available as:

  • 50-minute Walk and Talk sessions in Port Moody

  • 75-minute in-person sessions at BOOM Healing in Anmore, BC

  • 75-minute experiential somatic sessions

Group Therapy

A structured 4-week online nervous system skills group for adults experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing survival patterns shaped by trauma.

Sessions combine psychoeducation, somatic practices, and nervous system tools to help participants build greater regulation, emotional capacity, self-awareness, and steadiness in everyday life.

Includes guided audio practices and a printed workbook.
